Terms of Service

The notbidding.lol service is a paid advertising and directory listing service. A single US$10 payment buys a permanent listing page and permanent membership of the homepage rotation, for as long as the service operates. It does not guarantee traffic, clicks, sales, a position, or a financial reward. There is no prize, no winner and nothing to lose: every paid listing receives the same defined deliverable. The public price may change for future purchases, but paying more can never improve the position or exposure of an individual listing. You may buy any number of genuinely distinct resources at the same public price per listing.

Randomness determines the order in which members appear, never whether a member appears. Every admitted member appears exactly once per round before any member appears again, and admission is decided by who has had the fewest turns, not by us. Past rounds stay published at Recent rotations so the rotation can be seen rather than taken on trust.

Your share of homepage time is slots ÷ pool and therefore decreases as the rotation grows. The slot count and turn length for every pool size are published in advance in the rotation table. A round fixes its own values when it starts, so a round already under way is never re-graded. Changes to the table apply to future rounds only.

You confirm you control each submitted resource and that it complies with the Rules. One account may buy unlimited listings, but the same independent site, platform profile, channel, repository, community or media item cannot be listed twice. The destination URL is fixed for the life of the listing; the rest of your listing remains yours to edit. We may reject, request changes to, or suspend unsafe or deceptive content, and we may remove a listing that breaches the Rules without refund.

Links to member destinations are direct, paid advertising links and are labelled sponsored for search engines. Buying a listing does not buy or promise a search ranking or SEO result.

Historical round records remain published as receipts, with unsafe links disabled where necessary. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
