Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

You normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Before checkout, we ask whether the service may start as soon as payment clears. If you withdraw after it starts, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already supplied where the law allows it. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.

Refunds we give in any case

• A destination blocked before checkout is never charged.
• A payment taken in error for a destination that cannot be activated is refunded in full.
• Full or proportionate refund after a verified platform incident that prevented a substantial part of delivery.
• Duplicate or accidental payments, refunded in full.

What is not a refund reason

Low clicks or low traffic, when the placements and the listing page promised in the rotation table were delivered. We sell advertising inventory and a permanent listing, never an audience or an outcome.

Fraud, abuse and chargebacks are handled under the Terms. A refund is final only when the payment provider confirms it. Contact [email protected] with your account email and listing title.
